PeakDay at the Live Action Women’s Summit

There are certain events that leave you feeling both energized and deeply grateful. Representing PeakDay and Couple to Couple League at this year’s Live Action Women’s Summit was one of those experiences.

For the second consecutive year, CCL and PeakDay exhibited at the Summit, and it was a privilege to share our pro-life, fertility awareness resources and PeakDay App with over 1300 women eager to build a culture of life. The energy throughout the day was unmistakable. The Summit gathered women of all ages who wanted to deepen their faith, strengthen their pro-life convictions, and learn how to defend and promote the dignity of every human life.

The speaker lineup was exceptional. Lila Rose, Cameron Fradd, Emily Wilson, Kimberly Hahn, and many others encouraged women to embrace truth and live boldly.

Dr Lauren Rubal

One of the highlights for me was listening to Dr. Lauren Rubal, who many CCL families already know through our educational programs. Her presentation covered the beauty of a woman’s fertility, the connection between contraception and abortion, concerns surrounding IVF, and practical ways women can improve fertility naturally by supporting gut health and reducing inflammation.

Dr. Rubal later stopped by the PeakDay table, graciously posed for photos, and spent time answering personal questions from attendees. Watching women receive compassionate, science-based guidance was a beautiful reminder of why our work matters.

Joys of the Day

Throughout the day, there was a steady stream of visitors at our table. Some intentionally sought us out to learn more about PeakDay and fertility awareness. Others discovered us for the first time. We had wonderful conversations about our classes and workshops, with particular enthusiasm for Start 2 Chart, Mother Daughter + Your Body, Your Cycle, and PeakDay Young Adult.

Our “You Are Wonderfully Made” pocket mirrors quickly became crowd favorites, and the chocolates certainly were an added enticement to chat. Many attendees complimented our attractive booth, and our tall PeakDay display sign proved especially helpful in drawing people to the table.

One of the joys of the day was having PeakDay spokesperson Viva Crouse join us as CCL’s guest. Representing PeakDay, she attended the Friday influencer event with Lila Rose and spent the weekend building connections with young mothers, businesswomen, and pro-life advocates. She attended every session and came away encouraged in her faith and grateful for the opportunity.

Goals Accomplished

We were also able to raffle an extra admission ticket to Patricia, a local Southern California mom, former CCL NFP student, and mother of a one-year-old. She fully embraced the day, attending talks, visiting exhibitors, and enjoying the evening shopping event. She later returned to our table simply to thank us for the opportunity.

As the day ended, I found myself incredibly grateful. Surrounded by exhibitors like  pregnancy centers, schools, pro-life ministries, women’s services, and organizations committed to supporting mothers and families, it was clear that the culture of life is being supported.

We felt we had accomplished our goals with new PeakDay app downloads. We had countless meaningful conversations. I also gained a renewed confidence that women are hungry for truthful, hopeful information about their bodies and fertility.

Generosity Makes it Possible

Events like the Live Action Women’s Summit are only possible because of the faithful support of CCL’s donors and benefactors. Their generosity allows us to place PeakDay and our educational resources before women who are searching for truthful, life-affirming answers. Every conversation at our table, every young woman who discovers fertility awareness, every mother who finds encouragement, and every attendee who leaves with greater confidence in God’s design for her body reflects the pro-life values our supporters so faithfully champion. We are deeply grateful for their partnership, which extends far beyond financial support. It becomes a living witness to the culture of life we are all working to build.

For me, representing PeakDay at the Live Action Women’s Summit became so much more than just staffing an exhibit table. I was given a chance to witness women discovering that they are wonderfully made and to share resources that help them embrace the gift of their fertility. I could see firsthand how the generosity of our supporters helps bring hope and truth to women seeking both.
