Revelation90 on a Campus Near You!

There are so few boundaries in our culture today. However, one area that is surrounded by misinformation and outright falsehoods is a woman’s fertility health. Our society tends to shy away from open discussions about fertility and contraception. Revelation90 is a program, built from the ground up, to provide a positive, natural, healthy view of a woman’s fertility.

According to Heather Murphy, Couple to Couple League Director of Development and an experienced fertility instructor, Revelation90 was conceived as a program for young women to use in order to learn solid information and gain knowledge to become advocates for their own fertility health. Rev90 is a program specifically designed for young women to reveal a happier, healthier, smarter fertility cycle.

Rev90 on Campus

On the campus of the University of Dallas in Texas, CCL recently presented about fertility health to a group of young women. They arrived after hearing about the program from a friend, a flyer, or a campus promotion. Fertility can be an uncomfortable topic. These young women, however, were eager and receptive to hear more about their cycle health and plan to join the Rev90 program during Lent to go more in depth.

On a school campus, Rev90 can be led by peer facilitators, whether in a home setting or on campus. Group leaders are provided with additional support from Rev90 staff. Rev90 is ideal for any small group settings with a young adult group or in a parish, as well.

Rev90 is flexible to implement with weekly online content to help women start charting their fertility cycle. They learn to understand how to make improvements through simple lifestyle changes. Other components include the PeakDay Cycle Charting App, journaling, and prayer.

Called App

Support through campus meet-ups and conversations is facilitated by using the Called App. Called, believing that “community shouldn’t be limited to Sunday,” facilitates group and ministry communications beyond a church setting. Using the Rev90 group in the Called app fulfills the universal desire of young women for making connections and building community.

At the end of Lent, participants are invited to have a free chart consult with one of Rev90’s coaches. Completing the coaching session unlocks the next 50 days of Easter for additional content. This portion of the program includes information on nutritional wellness, prayer, and movement. By utilizing “habit stacking” these new practices will give women useful tools for improving their fertility cycle.

Using Revelation90 and all of its thoughtful resources this Lent 2025 will help young women break through the misinformation and achieve the goal of gaining the knowledge necessary to be their own advocate for their fertility health.
