The Source and Summit

CCL is opening a new chapter in our ministry as we celebrate NFP Week 2024. Also, our staff feels very blessed to be attending the National Eucharistic Congress. With opportunities for prayer and community, sharing our new products and programs, we will be renewing CCL’s very special vocation to share Humanae Vitae.

Blessed are those who are invited to the marriage supper of the Lamb. Rev 19:9

Source and Summit

Obviously, as the source and summit of our faith, the Holy Eucharist, the marriage supper, will strengthen and inspire. We will reflect on St John Paul II’s “primordial sacrament”. It is a sign of God’s love from the very beginning. Recently, I have been reflecting on the thought that if we get chastity right, we get most things right. If we look at chastity as a “right ordering” of our understanding and participating in the gift of fertility, most other aspects of life fall into place. Done right, chastity is a lifestyle that is rooted in Christ and “other centered.”

Correspondingly, CCL’s mission is to inspire, educate and support couples in family planning that is natural, effective, healthy and consistent with God’s plan for life, love and marriage. Never has the need been greater for CCL’s testimony to this truth. I am constantly inspired by the compassion of our CCL teachers and staff for our brother and sisters. We work hard to provide excellent education and resources—and we pray for each other always.

Products and Programs

So, I encourage you to review the many new products and programs that are now available in our NFP marketplaces, like LearnNFP. 50 years and now we take that experience and richness to a new generation with programs, platforms and services for families. It is truly a tribute to the generosity of time, talent and treasure of our staff, volunteers and donors to see our commitment to become effective in our mission to support couples through a lifetime of fertility. Also, our new products and programs give us new opportunities to speak the truth in today’s world. Consequently, grounded in the Marriage Feast of the Lamb, we go forth in great joy to the next chapter of CCL’s mission!

Our Lady of Guadalupe, St. Joseph, St. Joachim and Anne, St. Gianna Beretta Molla pray for us!
