NFP is a Universal Language

Kelly and Annette Righetti of the Diocese of Santa Rosa in California spent some time reaching out to both the English and Spanish speaking communities of their parish. The weekend of July 1st and 2nd, the Righettis set up a bilingual NFP display at Saint Eugene Cathedral was the bilingual NFP display before and after all weekend Masses – eight services in total! By staying with their table, Kelly and Annett had great conversations and were available to answer questions. Many of the couples they spoke with took information, including all the copies of the past nine issues of Family Foundations. The great cover pictures were a real attention grabber! One engaged couple signed up for the live class the same day. It all took place on the lawn of Our Lady of Fatima grotto, a beautiful setting to share a beautiful message.
Do you have Spanish speaking members of your parish community? In addition to the Spanish NFP materials you can request, we also have our Liga de Pareja a Pareja website for you to share.
