CCL Convention Offers Tracks for All Ages

four children blowing bubbles“Families, become what you are!” on July 6-7 will be inspiring and motivating the entire family — not just adults!

Here’s a sneak peek into the learning tracks provided for school-age children and teens:

Ages: 3 years old – entering 3rd grade
Host: American Heritage Girls
Highlights: This learning track will use a shortened version of Vacation Bible School (VBS), featuring crafts, games, songs, and snacks in the theme of “Vatican Express.” Topics include various Bible and saint stories, learning about the Chair of Peter, Swiss Guards, and much more!

Ages: entering 4th grade – entering 8th grade
Host: EyCDLegionaries of Christ, Regnum Christi
Highlights: Missionaries from the Catholic youth camp, Camp River Ridge, will lead an indoors-only version of their program, as theological as it is fun. But don’t worry about the indoor part; there will still be plenty of activities, including games like Minute to Win It, dodgeball, and even laser tag!

Ages: entering 9th grade – entering 12th grade
Host: Ruah Woods
Highlights: High schoolers will dive into Theology of the Body (TOB), spending time reflecting on Genesis 3:8 through skits, games, and other fun activities. Ruah is locally known for their excellent TOB programming for teens, so this track promises fun and growth.

In addition to the youth tracks, the convention will also boast general adult tracks in both English and Spanish. Time is nearly out to register, though: registration closes at 11:59pm on June 29!

Register here, and be sure to invite your friends. It’s not every day we celebrate Humanae Vitae’s 50th anniversary!
