Ways to order (online, phone, fax, mail) — You can purchase CCL materials, books and other items right here with secure online ordering. You may also phone in your order to the CCL Order Department at 1-800-745-8252 (local calls, 513-471-2000) during business hours 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern time, Monday-Friday. For those who prefer to order by mail, you may fax or mail the printable Order Form.
Security — The security of your personal information and credit card number is of great importance to us. We have chosen a system which does not send sensitive credit card information through insecure email. We hope you will feel confident ordering online. Due to added security please have your credit card ready at checkout; information from both sides of the card will be required.
PLEASE NOTE: When ordering online, the billing address you enter must be identical to the address your monthly credit card statement is mailed to. If you are unsure of that address please pause and find a statement for the credit card you are using for the order. If the address you enter is not identical, your credit card provider will likely place a 30 day hold on your available credit limit in the amount of your order even though your order will be declined because of address verification. If your order is declined your card will not actually be charged nor will your order be shipped nor will we be responsible for having the hold removed from your available limit.
Return Policy — If you receive materials that are not to your satisfaction, we will gladly issue a refund for any items that meets the below criteria.
- CCL has a 30-day return policy. This 30-day period begins the day of shipment.
- All items must be in unmarked and resalable condition.
- Software and thermometers must be unopened.
- Refunds will be for product only. No refund for shipping and handling.
