Q: When will my order arrive?

A: You might expect your order anywhere from 5 - 10 working days after placing it online. We process orders generally within two days of receipt. It usually takes a maximum of five working days in transit. Time between order placement and shipping can vary from four to seven days.  

Q: How do I find items in the store?

A: Our many books and items are grouped into different categories. Click on the menu item on the left for the type of item you are looking for (e.g., books, brochures, videos, NFP materials). You will see that some of the groupings are then broken down by topic, such as, under Books you will see subcategories such as Family Life, Mothering, Marriage, etc. If you are looking for a particular title, you can use the alphabetical listing of titles.

Q: How do I add an item to my "cart"?

A: Next to each item will be a buy-me button. Click on the button to add the item to your "cart". 

Your cart contents will display. You can remove items or change the quantities at any time before checkout.

View your cart at any time by clicking on a View Cart button.

Q: Once I have finished adding items to my cart, how do I order?

A: Go to checkout to finalize your order by clicking on the button. You will input your order information. Your email address is very important so we may correspond with you about your order. Emails do not include credit card information.
