CCL Physician Seminars

CCL began hosting seminars for medical professionals in 1998 in an effort to bolster the knowledge of physicians, physician assistants, midwives, nurses and others on Natural Family Planning (NFP) and breastfeeding and its effect on the return of fertility, so that they can then share this important information with their patients.

One component of the seminar is the actual four classes taught by CCL to learner couples, which provides the medical professionals with a thorough knowledge on what the League teaches. Attendees also receive a brief background into the history of NFP and information on establishing an NFP-only practice. Physician presenters also address the medical implications of hormonal birth control and how to treat common cycle problems and infertility without artificial hormones.
