Would You Like to Help Promote CCL?

The Couple to Couple League's Promoter Program gives individuals a chance to help communicate the Good News about Natural Family Planning in their communities.

Promoters can do a lot to assist the certified Teaching Couples in their areas and sometimes they are responsible for getting NFP classes going there in the first place. There are many ways Promoters can help:

• They maintain regular contacts with pastors and other ministries in local parishes and denominations.
• They make contacts with media outlets to publicize upcoming CCL classes.
• They help with the administrative duties connected with a CCL series: preparing announcements, maintaining local chapter websites, bookkeeping, handling registrations, hospitality and other vital needs.
• They staff information booths at local conferences and conventions.
• They may give talks groups and include their spouses in witnessing to their own satisfaction in using NFP.
• They seek to influence opinion shapers in their communities: clergy, medical professionals, journalists, politicians and educators.

To Become a Promoter It Is Necessary That You:

• Believe and share in the goals and values of CCL and sign the Agreement on Principles form (see below).
• Complete an application and participate in a personal interview
• Attend an orientation with your local CCL chapter, if possible
• Be open to "learning by doing" in public relations efforts. (We supply Promoters with an idea manual and materials.)
• Be willing to give one or two hours of your time a week.

Read the Agreement on Principles, and if you are in agreement with them, fill in the Promoter Application Form (PDF), sign it and mail to The Couple to Couple League. (Online application will be coming soon.) We will take things from there. Thank you for considering this unique apostolate.
