CCL has volunteers all across the world, with the focus being on countries where English or Spanish is an official language. In addition to the United States, there are currently volunteers in the following countries:

Argentina, Canada, Cameroon, China, Colombia, Honduras, India, Ireland, Mexico, Phillippines, Puerto Rico, South Africa, Spain, United Kingdom, Zambia

Promoter (PRO) — Promotes NFP and CCL
Candidate Teaching Couple (CTC) — In training to become a Teaching Couple
