1967..........John Kippley writes the article, “Holy Communion: Eucharistic and Marital”

1968..........Pope Paul VI issues Humanae Vitae

1968..........John Kippley writes Covenant, Christ and Contraception (later titled Sex & the Marriage Covenant)

1969..........Sheila Kippley publishes 1st edition of Breastfeeding & Natural Child Spacing (in mimeograph form)

1970's

1971..........The Couple to Couple League was founded by Kippleys with Dr. Konald Prem in the Twin Cities

1972..........CCL operates unsubsidized out of the Kippley house in Cincinnati

1973..........Preliminary edition of The Art of Natural Family Planning published (in mimeograph form)

1974..........TC #10 certified

1974..........2,000th couple taught

1974..........CCL receives $25,000 two-year ($50,000 total) grant from Archdioceses of Cincinnati and Minneapolis-St. Paul and becomes a full-time apostolate
